deep tissue massage

 Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.  The focus is on the deepest layers of the muscles and fascia or connective tissue.  It’s a more focused type of massage as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots – known as adhesions.

All massages are carried out using Pure Fiji Organic Coconut Oil.
